GoGoPenguin at Norvun Sunday

Mind On Fire has to thank the lovely ladies and gentlemen down at Norvun Sunday for making us aware of the sensation that is GoGo Penguin. Seriously though, if you were at The Roadhouse a couple of Sundays back you will understand but if you weren’t, check the video above and take our word when we say it was one of the most exciting live performances we have seen in a while. Next Month will see 2 more podcasts from members of the band leading up to our show at this years Soundwave festival in Croatia. Good news for all you freebie lovers out there, we have a selection of Yes Blythe’s fantastic 2 track E.P for you. MOF at Future Everything!

Oh my… May is set to be a busy month for Manchester festivals… with Sounds From The Other City this weekend, Future Everything in a couple of weeks, and then Eurocultured at the end of May… and that’s just the ones that Mind on Fire are involved in!

Please check out the bar session we’re running for Future Everything, on Saturday 15th May at Sound Control… In the main room is Format and Eat My Beat with a pretty epic lineup as you can see…

In the bar we’ll have a live set from Horizontal Ground, friends including DJ MIschief and Euphonique as well as MOF residents… For more information about the event and all the other amazing lineups at this years festival check out
