Olly Farshi

Olly Farshi is a composer and producer who creates soundscapes that are to be heard and seen, soundtracks that are described as being electronic journeys with human intervention along the way.

Olly makes the kind of electronica that you would expect hear from a Hippocamp Vetran left sided ambient and glichy but surprisingly soulful

His soundtracks have accompanied films exhibited at a variety of venues, including the Victoria & Albert Museum, London's Design Museum, Milan's Salone Internazionale del Mobile and NIME 2008 International Conference.

His first show for Mind on Fire was back in 06 at the Mint Lounge. Farshi's latest solo exploration into notions of intagible property and connected life-styles, entitled iRedux was performed at Mind on Fire in september 07.

Currently writing an  album, accompanied by a DVD, that will be released on Anglo-Canadian Record/Media Label CocoSolidCiti.
