For a while now, we at Mind On Fire have been waxing lyrical about a regular Thursday night session at the Soup Kitchen known to the masses Future Shock. If you like your crates and your Soul deep then this is the place to be. After starting off June last week with a themed night of ballads and “Wu Tang Soul”, tonight is the night to get funky. This time around resident selectors George Mahood and Gumbo will be joined by Mind On Fire’s Loga bringing a pile of Soul and Funk 45s to the party.
